visit
On October 11th, students from Ms. King's College in the High School University of Washington course had the opportunity to visit the newly opened Granger Historical Society Museum. This visit provided a unique chance for students to explore the rich history of the Granger community, gaining valuable insights into the area's past.

The museum, which recently opened, offers a comprehensive display of historical artifacts and exhibits that illustrate life in the Lower Valley. Through their visit, students were able to connect classroom learning with real-world experiences, enhancing their understanding of local history and its relevance today.

Ms. King's students, who are earning both high school and college credits through the College in the High School program, engaged with the museum's exhibits as part of their academic studies. This aligns with Granger High School's commitment to offering educational opportunities that extend beyond traditional classroom settings and prepare students to be informed and engaged citizens.

The visit also highlighted the ongoing collaboration between Granger High School and the local community, furthering the school's mission to create meaningful connections that enrich students' learning experiences.
